All plans are subscription-based and automatically renewed each month. Please note that all charges are non-refundable.

Pausing Your Subscription

Eligibility: Pausing your subscription is available only for our 12-month plan.

‍Duration: You can pause your subscription for up to 30 days once per plan.

‍Charges: While your subscription is paused, scheduled charges will not be processed. Charges will resume on the agreed-upon date.

‍Notice: Pause requests must be made at least 72 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Early Cancellations
Our membership plans offer discounted monthly rates based on your commitment length. If you cancel before meeting the minimum commitment, you may be charged additional fees:

We will either retain the amount already charged or charge extra based on the "Power Hour" Membership rate times the number of Littl sessions you have taken, plus a $100.00 early cancellation fee.

Examples:

1) Committed to 3 months but canceling after 1 session: 1 session x $399.00 + $100.00 = $499. Littl would retain the original $900 per month.

2) Committed to 3 months but canceling after 3 sessions and before the second month's charge: 3 sessions x $399.00 + $100.00 = $1297. Beyond the $900 already charged, an additional $397 would be required to cancel.

3) Committed to 12 months but canceling after 1 session: 1 session x $399.00 + $100.00 = $499. Beyond the $300 already charged, an additional $199 would be required to cancel.

4) Committed to 12 months but canceling after 3 sessions: 3 sessions x $399.00 + $100.00 = $1297. Beyond the $300 already charged, an additional $997 would be required to cancel.
